This program is faced paced & includes high intensity fitness and sparring drills, tactical sparring mythologies and competition sparring.

Not only do the students learn and become amazing athletes, Black Belt Club Sparring teaches them good decision making, how to react under pressure, resilience, goal setting and sportsmanship; pushing students to their physical and mental limits and expectations! Students in this class will also be given the opportunity to compete in various Martial Arts competitions.
